We were lucky to be given a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room. This is a nice room with veranda if you are choosing yourself. Access was also provided to a microwave, a small mini fridge and pantry with a limited number of kitchen supples. If you like a retro style, this is a good value place to stay for the money.

The continental breakfast was nice.Loved the orange juice and selection of tea and coffees.

Our entire experience, albeit only 1 night, at the Moffat Inn was very good, from the welcome at reception to our stay in the most comfortable and spacious room. Our room was accessed from the side of the building, a little annexe and we were pleasantly surprised to find a little seating area with chairs, TV, coffee machine and fridge. We climbed a few steps up to the bedroom. The bed, a standard double was so comfortable. A lovely bathroom too, with a hot and fairly powerful shower. The guy at reception the next day was so helpful in organising us a taxi as we checked out. We will certainly be back here when back in Niagara- On-The-Lake.

Everything was excellent. Only thing that could have been improved was the toaster. It toasted on one side and white on the other. Otherwise, everything was great!!!

staff were friendly and helpful. arranged a taxi ride back to buffalo airport. the taxi driver was excellent and knew how to avoid the long wait at rainbow bridge by going cross country.
