The location is very comfortable and clean. The staff was kind and available. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection of food. The dinner was tasty with original dishes made with fresh products.

Everything was great, very nice apartment, nice design, good parking, toiletries, all beds were comfortable. We were happy.

Great location, a few steps from the main drag and station area. Short train ride to Locarno. Views of the Castle Grande and other Castles from the rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free public transit in Ticino with hotel stay.

We loved the details like the movement sensors for the light so you don’t have to search for the light switch during night when going to the bathroom. Also the free minibar with local specialties was a highlight that we’ve never seen before!
