Three-Star Hotels in Juan Dolio

On arriving the English speaking lady showed us to our apartment, then checked the cupboards for pans,plates etc so we could cook in the apartment, the fridge did not have a door on the freezer section so the fridge was replaced.The old microwave broke down the next day and this was replaced. Toilet leaked but was repaired very quickly. Really nice staff. The apartment was very cosy and was cleaned througly every two days with new towels.the bedding was also changed every fourth day.Nice end apartment with two balconies one over looking the pool.The pool was clean and all areas hosed down each day. All areas were kept very clean.The best beach was by, turning right out of the building,and walking past bars until you see a sign for Juan Dolio beach on the left and through a walkway going directly onto the beach.Beautiful White sand Beach,you won't be dissapointed

Staff was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and nicely served, coffee was perfect, rooms are great with interesting layout, armchairs super comfy. One of the nicest places ive stayed in DR.

Very nice place, very kind people and personal. Everything was great. Great kitchen with a lot of kind of tasty foods. Room was very large and comfortable with two big beds, tv and clean bathroom with a shower. We feel that like at home. I hope that we will back too soon.

For value of money paid excellent place

Loved how close and accessible to the beach it is, and the fact that it is inexpensive. To be fair, it looks like the hotel changed owners recently and they are doing some changes and renovations, but it has lots of potential! The bathroom inside the room seemed to be recently renewed and it was spacious and modern looking. The room we stayed in was also spacious. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant.

One of the BEST experiences we made in Dominican Republic and also in general!! After my friend and I traveled to Boca Chica and first got stuck in a really uncomfortable and unsafe Airbnb, we thankfully found Riccardo's Apartment at Booking.com. And suddenly our Boca Chica Trip was the most beautiful experience we could ever make in this tropical Island! Riccardo's beautifully and well equipped Apartment is located in the Las Palmeras Residence in the heart of Boca Chica. You will find everything by feet, so you will have here the most comfortable stay to reach everything and to have the best vacation and journey close to the beach which is just reachable in ten minutes by walk. Also you can reach the supermarket (about 10 per feet) easily and are able to cook your own meal in the apartment. The Apartment where we lived had two balconies, a wonderful dining/living room with a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a big bathroom. In Addition we had a small locker to keep our belonings save, a beautiful view on the balcanoy, calming vibes at the residence itself, a really cool pool with a jacuzzi and a vibing beach you already can face from the residence. Riccardo was a really nice and understanding host who made us feel 100 percent comfortable and gave us the feeling to be welcome. He helped us in every situation and was constantly reachable in any case. The residence itself has also very kind and heartwarming employees, especially the residence guards made us feel secure.
