I had booked an airport hotel as my trip was very short and I didn't want to spend too much time commuting but when this property popped up on Booking.com with a Genius discount I thought, this is a must-see! A major selling point was the free sauna, convenient location in the town where I had my business meetings and the great reviews about the breakfast. Upon arrival at Backby I was transported to a fairy like destination. The landscaping, the buildings, the air that was pure and fresh. Everything felt magical. I slept soundly in the firm single bed and enjoyed a superb breakfast buffet the next day! Even more special the sun was out in all it glory on my second day so I was able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace with a view of the lush Finnish forest. I sat outside for two hours in the sunshine enjoying a three- course breakfast of fresh berries with yoghurt, bread and pastries with sausages, and specially made hot chocolate! This place makes me want to return to Finland!

Really clean , very quiet, perfect self service , close to everything Helsinki has to offer. you can literally just walk to everything, 10..20 min at max. I had the breakfast deal, ROASBERG was the name, had vegetarian, halal, meat, .... , you name it , for all my breakfasts the first thing I saw was a smile. 10/10 (we literally fought for the chef's croissant) 10/10 recommend, hosts were amazing (specially Alex he was the best).

Super comfortable and feels futuristic. Staff very friendly. The location is the best I have had for an early flight or late night arrival at airport. You literally sleep at the gate almost. 😄 Helsinki airport also one of the nicest airports I have been with lots of interesting shops and places to buy food.

Nice hotel with a great location. I really loved my room, it was perfect for one person. You don't have to wait long to get hot water in the shower. And the receptionist was so nice !

Excellent. True, I had to ask each bus if it goes to the hotel? Please, let me know that your shuttle is black and there is a schedule (link to the shuttle schedule from the airport to the hotel). The rooms are good, clean. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. After a 12-hour flight, this was very good. The shower is hot, very good. Breakfast - everything is there.
