The staff were amazing the entire time: very warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the mountains, river, and town. The hotel was pet friendly and had a lot of great amenities, including a sauna, coffee, tea cakes and purified water. We visit Chamonix each year, and this is our favourite hotel.

The loveliest stay we had in Chamonix. :) The hotel is located next to the bus station where buses go every half an hour, there are also night buses which means that the connection with the city center is very good. The room was stylish and really nice. We also had a balcony and mountain view. Beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay a lot!
