Room was spacious, clean and well supplied with accessories. Cafe accessible from hotel. Bed was the most comfortable we have had in last 4 weeks of travel.

This was the most dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. Our grumpy beagle was made very welcome by the staff with a selection of doggy treats on arrival. We only had breakfast as we were visiting family nearby but it was a good hearty full English. As expected with a 14 Century building it is showing its age. A lovely location with a 1300 year old Abby near by and open for visitors.

Old Black Horse is located just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Oxford. This 17th-century coaching inn offers free WiFi, a bar and secure car parking.
