Basic, but clean and comfy accomodation walking distance from the city center, including free onsite parking in the yard. You need to pick up the keys about 5 mins walking from the place, but that is not an issue, all went quick and smooth, friendly staff.

It was a place very clean and comfy. Room had a with electric kettle + coffe/tea/milk, it was amazing, specially after a long day. Check-in/out pretty simple and fast, staff were very nice. A terrific bathroom which had towels. TV

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well-equipped, very clean and quiet – perfect for resting after running the Loch Ness Marathon. The location is convenient with a Tesco next door and a lovely, cozy restaurant (the Snow Goose) right beside the hotel.

We had two rooms, the first was fine but the second had a bad smell. The manager dealt with the problem quickly and professionally and provided us with an exceptionally good alternative. We were extremely pleased with how things turned out.

Great hotel, beautiful, clean, everyone was polite and accommodating. Inverness is small, so everything is very close to you, but it is located centrally.

This grand hotel has a great location in the heart of Inverness, yet in a quiet area with splendid views of the River Ness and Inverness Castle.
