The property was exceptionally clean: not a speck of dust or dirt. The bed and furniture were comfy and the bathroom spacious. The location was secluded yet handy for Stonehaven and the area in general. Although most of the other houses, seemingly, were occupied we hardly heard anyone.

We were overwhelmed by the generosity of our two hosts, who were fantastic, nice, and helpful people. Staying in a guest house allows you to experience the warmth of the Scots. I was pretty surprised to see how big and comfortable our room was, despite being very cheap. The breakfast is simple but actually great.
