Sameer helped me with airport pickup. He also showed me around the lake and was kind enough to welcome me into his family home. The bed had heated blankets which was much needed in the cold weather

This family-run business stands out for its exceptional hospitality, with both the family and staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. During our visit to Kashmir, we unfortunately fell ill, but their kindness and care truly shone. The breakfast was hot and fresh. And the location was good too. It is a nice walk to many places, including the Dal Lake. We booked a family room; we got a room with two comfortable beds, a TV and a bathroom. The owners are always around making sure that things run smoothly. Overall, a truly beautiful experience.
