Parvat (the host) helped us with everything. He is such a kind person, always ready to solve all our problems and answer our questions. He didn't even charge us for dinner when one of us got sick, and he always offered his help. The location is central with many attractions at walking distance.

What an aesthetic and photogenic place! Every detail has been thoughtfully implemented while making this beautiful hotel/homestay, it really shows. Booked the suite room in August 2023 and I was treated with the best views and greenery Udaipur has to offer. The food was great, and very reasonably priced too. The service was flawless. The view with which you start your day is one of the best feelings one can have. Usually we see great photos in listings and the actual experience comes out a tad bit worse, BUT it is the opposite here! The actual views are better than the photos. I am totally recommending this to my family and friends.

It is a beautiful Haveli, an oasis of calm in the heart of the city, with a welcome swimming pool in which to relax after a day’s sightseeing. The staff are friendly, the breakfasts are excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great 3 night stay at Raj Niwas in a first floor room which was lovely, cool, spacious and comfortable. Great location in quiet area, easy walk to attractions & lots of shops & restaurants nearby. Beautiful views of the lake from the 4th floor breakfast spot. Mr Jassu the host was very helpful, waiting up for us due to multiple flight delays. Also in organising tours, giving advice & recommendations for restaurants. Also in organising a sunset cruise on the lake which departs just in front of the accommodation. Highly recommended as a place to stay.

This historical haveli is beautiful, well renovated, and exceptionally clean. The price point is very reasonable for such a unique stay. The haveli is also centrally located -- I walked everywhere during my whole stay (jagdish temple, bagore ki haveli, city palace, etc.). I also had dinner at the rooftop restaurant overlooking the city. The food was delicious, the prices fair, and the service was great! The staff at the hotel also helped me to book a very early morning rickshaw on the day of my departure to ensure that I didn't miss my bus. Overall a lovely stay!

A Perfect World , not so far from the city (walking) , peaceful , a wonder We rent a Royal Enfield to go places by ourselves , it was so easy to do it, thanks to the team, it was our third stay in this hotel in 10 years , always wonderful . Note the pool is a real one where one can swim
