Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly, rooms very large as are the bathrooms. Beautiful pool area and we really enjoyed breakfast on the terrace as well as a very lovely dinner from their restaurant. Other reviews suggest that there is nothing around the Hotel but you can find quite literally anything you want within a 5 to 15 minute drive. We loved our stay..

We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to Trapani Airport, and we had a late night flight. We used this for our 1 night stay before exploring more of Sicily. The hotel is large and has a lovely pool. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was a generous buffet. We could happily have stayed for longer. The hotel has a large free car park. A great value hotel.

Hotel Carmine is a beautiful hotel in a very old building on a small piazza in the picturesque old centre. The hotel has an old world charm without being stuffy. There is a beautiful and shady garden which was welcome in the summer heat. Everything was of a high standard. Beautiful dining room with white embroidered tablecloths The lift is a big plus.

Staff are great , great rustic setting you just wouldn’t get from a Premier inn type hotel, very rustic and unique. Place reminds me of the film Zorro . Would stay there again , pool was awesome and staff second to none, could not help enough.

Very friendly and competent staff. I'd like to extend special thanks to the lovely Luna, who was very cordial and responsive to our requests. The accommodation was clean and tidy. It's close to the beach. Breakfast was Italian-style, but it was okay for us. Luna – thank you very much for your kind service.
