An exceptional hotel. Characterful but relatively low key. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but with Pisa on the doorstep and Florence, Volterra and so much more to visit in the area. The pool is beautiful and the gardens really peaceful. The breakfasts are excellent, as are the evening meals and the restaurant a wonderful setting. Moreover, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend and hope to return

Everything was splendid ! The inn, Claudio ( the owner ) and all staff ( Leonardo, Monica, Roberta ) the italian fresh food.....amazing . Everything very clean, the continental breakfast ( not only the classic italian " dolce", the coffee made by one of the guys from the bar every morning ...everything beyond expectation !I want to comeback there today !

    It was in a great location with friendly staff. Both lift and stairs to each floor. Room was quite spacious but had no coffee/tea provided. We had the family room so one king bed in the open area and 2 single beds in the separate bedroom. Big cupboards for storage in both rooms. Bathroom small but adequate. Close to train station, supermarket, Piaggio Museum and the old town. Parking is on the street out the front. You pay during the day but free overnight! Breakfast options were ok.
