The location is good. It is about an 8-minute walk from Higashimuroran Station. You need to pay attention to prevent slipping on snowy days. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is thoughtful. Beautiful hotel with a great onsen, common spaces and a restaurant (we did not try it, though) The staff is very helpful and kind, thanks very much for the shuttle ride to the train station! very comfy room with beautiful beds and a nice and functional bathroom. Provided lounge wear, towels and all necessities. Inside room a kettle, coffee, and cups. Very much recommended for a visit to Upopoy (local train from and unataffed station). There are good restaurants around, too. Very close to bus stop. Kojohama town is a nice place for a walk and some food

It is close to the Jigokudani Valley and also close to shops and food. We can use the onsen across the road and it is huge and wonderful. The staff are nice and helpful.
