Odawara is a scenic and peaceful town, well worth a visit. The hotel is centrally located, so you can easily explore the area on foot. They offer an automatic check-in/check-out service, and everything runs very smoothly. The room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities, and we had a pretty nice view from our room. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is Japanese-style, which was perfect for us as we were looking for an authentic experience. All the dishes were delicious. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Odawara.

We loved our stay! There were 3 different onsen baths which we managed to use. The food was amazing and the personnel very kind and helpful. We would definitely love to visit Masutomi Ryokan once again!

great little gem in hakone! with only two other rooms this place is like a private property. it works very well with the time slot to share the private onsen with the two other rooms. I didn‘t mind that there was a restaurant below, as it closes at 8. Would def. stay again!
