Incredible nice hotel. The best in Sri Lanka we had till now. Nice architecture, beautiful room and bathroom and perfect beds. Very nice breakfast and the location very close to all the highlights. Definitely recommended!

The manager is an amazing and kind person, and not only as regards the guest house, but also very helpful with tips and what to visit next in Sri Lanka. Also, location is walking distance from the Dambulla Cave Temple and every bus to Kandy or Sirigya stops nearby. Breakfast was also included and delicious and on request you can also order dinner there (which I did, and I was fully satisfied).

Great acommodation for families. We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious and clean. Terrace is great for relaxing,listening sounds from nature and you can see some animals (monkeys,squirrels). Pool is nice and clean. Big garden around where kids can play,also some tree swings.Food in restaurant is great. All the staff is very nice and always smilling.

We loved everything about this place. We booked the new family room with private pool. Its very generous in size, very clean and the pool is great. The room is perfectly equipped for a family stay. Breakfast was great too. We had a great time staying here and will be back next time we visit Sri Lanka.

It is a brand new family run Hotel in an ideal location, very close to the Sigiriya Lion Rock. The rock is visible from the hotel! Lovely owner/ family were very attentive to all our requests. They even arranged a superb safari for us on request. Very safe for solo/ female travellers as well. Mr. Asanka deserves special mention as the chef. His Sri Lankan dishes are a must try! Well worth the price! Will definitely come back!
