We had the most wonderful stay at ArtNest in Galle, hosted by the incredibly warm and talented artist, Sandeepa. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us with kindness and enthusiasm, sharing his love for history and art in a way that made us feel instantly at home. His art, displayed throughout the gallery, is absolutely beautiful and gives the place such a unique and inspiring atmosphere. The accommodation was exceptional, our room was pristine, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: air-conditioning, private bathroom, a kettle, excellent WiFi and even fresh flowers upon arrival. It was the perfect blend of homely comfort and artistic charm. We enjoyed the lovely terrace and outdoor seating area. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Right in the heart of Galle Fort on Pedlar Street and just a short walk to the Lighthouse, it made exploring Galle both easy and enjoyable. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was Sandeepa himself. His passion, creativity, and genuine care for his guests shine through in everything he does. We cannot recommend ArtNest highly enough, it is far more than just a place to stay, it’s an experience. We will certainly be back

The property is beautiful. Everything is very tastefully decorated. The furnishings are perfect. The garden pool is really cool and with nature sounds it felt so nature friendly! Anura and his team are wonderful, the hotel and garden is beautiful, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with all the little touches that make you feel immediately happy; tea, coffee, filtered water, toiletries and the warmest hospitality from everyone. After I was let into my room, I got a detailed text from Anura offering breakfast, spa facilities and just lots of useful information that many hotels fail to provide, and it makes such a big difference to the experience. I was surprised to be allowed to check in so early, and even more surprised that the deluxe single room had been upgraded to a huge bed! The location is also perfect, 2 minutes off the main road in blissful peace and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything went well. The property is a real oasis a very short tuk-tuk ride out of town. The breakfast was very nice and the proprietor spared no effort making things easy and convenient, assisting with transport bookings and answering whatever questions I had.
