New, clean & fresh. Some parking available out front. It was quiet when we visited so parking was easy. Location perfect for walking to sights. Breakfast lovely. Staff friendly.

Everything was good. Location, 10 min. walk to Medina and CTM bus station. Nice, super clean room. I got free upgrade to bigger room on the last floor with panoramic views of Rif Mountains. Good A/C, fridge, perfect bed, large wardrobe. Nice bathroom with hairdryer. Polite, helpful Reception (speaking English) and staff. Lift. Free breakfast in nice restaurant. Good WiFi speed..
