Everything. The customer service and communication was amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We arranged tours via them as well, I recommend the 3 island tour. They provide transport to las Hamacas where breakfast is and that was amazing, some of the best breakfasts I've had and so much choice (pictures attached). It's on a beautiful part of the beach as well, we ended up staying down there most days as the restaurant and setting was lovely. The room was comfortable and clean and the shower was really hot which was great. Great location in the town area and so close to the beach.

I can not say anything bad about our stay here, from the moment we arrived we were greeted with such welcoming attentive and friendly staff that continued throughout our stay. Our room was stunning with extra touches, The bed was huge and extremely comfy! Tierra Del Mar is located so close to the beach and in the heart of Holbox! Looking forward to returning! Highly recommend :) Second half of payment via PayPal efficient with nil issues!! Enjoy your stay!!

Very beautiful and friendly place to stay. Great breakfast every day with pancakes, fruit and eggs. Very helpful staff, the location is calm and close to the beach, I would love to visit again.

This beachfront hotel is located on an island 25 km long and 2 km wide, without any cars. Rooms include a private terrace or balcony.

Great location, easy walking access from ferry, nice bedroom, beach wonderful, pool small but nice, hot breakfast was so good, people very friendly and willing to help. its my 2nd time in Holbox but 1st time in this hotel. it was a last minute booking, and I got 2 rooms !!!!
