We liked everything. The location is unbeatable. The staff is super friendly. Hector at front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. And all the beach club and restaurant staff also. I don’t understand a lot of the bed comments about them being pushy about tipping. I would disagree with that. At breakfast nobody ever mentioned us tipping. And when we were having dinner they mentioned tip isn’t included but not in a pushy way. It was said it’s optional. And all the people complaining about tips should google Mexico salaries and think about it. This is definitely a hotel to which I will gladly come back if I ever come back to Mexico.

location - crowdy street, but its not noisy. big presidential room, nice swimming pool area, tasty restaurant next to the lobby. you can you the laundry service. breakfast was in restaurant nearby, very tasty - worth the steps :)

very clean room. the hotel is relaxing and charming. we enjoyed relaxing in the pool in the evening after the beach and before going out. the staff is friendly. breakfast is simple but good. we also managed to have an upgrade of the room. we will definitely come back!
