I like that the place is easy to find and near to restaurants, convenience store and beach. It's my first time to go in a self check in/out accomodation and I'm glad that the instructions are clear. The place is quiet and I got to rest very well.

We booked a family room for three people (maximum 4 pax) and overall we had an extremely pleasant stay at Frame Hotel in Penang. Would like to highlight that the room size was alot larger than most hotels of similar type and we appreciate how clean the room was. The toilet had a wet and dry area and hot showers with good water pressure was readily available which kept our stay very comfortable and room cleaning service was impeccable. From the time we were here, the reception was always friendly and 24 hours. The main entrance will be closed form 7pm to 7am which made us feel safe. The beds are comfortable and we had large space to moving around and placing our luggages. The hotel also provides for ample hangers to hang clothes/towel. There are really good amenities nearby including the New world park food centre nearby, New day porridge etc. The hotel offers also easy pick up/drop off point which is great for Grab rides which is so easy to move around in Penang. This is a very good hotel with good value. The only downside was perhaps the room was not as soundproof i.e. we could hear doors banging when people leave but we have no issues with that during our stay. Thank you Frame Hotel for a pleasant stay in Penang!

The view is superb. Is clean and tidy, just a bit worn down as the building is 30+ years already. There's a family mart just few mins walk away. Also very spacious room.
