As everyone mentions, the staff members were very friendly and efficient. The location is close to the highway but only a mile or two from the cute historic part of Abingdon, with its old houses and restaurants (we loved 128 Pecan). I particularly appreciated the dairy-free milk options and whole-grain muffins. The beds were comfortable and the location was quiet despite being at capacity. We stayed on the first color with our pup and small children and they slept without disturbance.
