The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The sun terrace and garden offer a beautiful view of the Zugspitz and Wetterstein mountains. It was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming. The view was amazing. Good location, very close to the train station.

The Pension Bavaria went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and went beyond expectations in several respects. It is a friendly, welcoming place. I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone coming to vacation in this beautiful mountain town!

All of the staff that we met were very friendly and professional and spoke English with us when our limited German failed us. The room we stayed in appeared to be newly renovated, including the bathroom, and it was decorated with stunning photos from the area. The kitchenette came with a mini bar and all the utensils, glasses and plates that we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony faced the beautiful Karwendel mountains, had it been warm enough, we would have spent enjoying the view from the balcony. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just a five minute walk from the train station and very close to the main street of Mittenwald. My travel companion and I would not hesitate to stay at this property again. We were pleasantly surprised with this property, it has the charming Bavarian guesthouse feel but with a modern touch and excellent service.

Just 200 metres from the ski slopes and the Grubigstein Cable Car, Haus Lusspark is 100 metres from the centre of Lermoos. All rooms offer panoramic mountain views. Tennis and beach volleyball court in summer and an ice rink in winter are just steps away. The hotel is run by a family - they are very genuine and simple. They have been very helpful and I loved everything about my stay! The hotel is very well located for the nature lovers!

Free Wi-Fi is provided. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms with the mountain view are so nice. Beds are comfy but could be small for large size people. You may need to ask for another pillow if you like higher incline for your head while sleeping. The room is clean and the furniture is nice. Internet is fast and free. There is a supermarket about 100m away.
