We were staying for one night (not for the skiing) and there is absolutely nothing to complaint about. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, the view is great I guess (it was foggy :D), the town is small enough to go everywhere by walk and if you are here for the skiing, there is a bus exactly next to the hotel.

Very clean, great view of the Matterhorn from our room, great breakfast. Overall lovely hotel with traditional elements.

Hotel Butterfly enjoys a quiet location in the centre of car-free Zermatt, only 250 metres from the Gornergratbahn train station and the ski bus stop. A shared lounge and as free WiFi are available on site. Loved the ambience, the rooms and the breakfast. Perfect location too!

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. The property has an amazing location, we asked for a room with Matterhorn view and couldn’t be happier we did. The staff is amazing and super helpful. The room was very nice and super clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. Overall, this was our favorite hotel in our trip through Switzerland

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The location was exceptional (less than 5 minutes walk to station) and the staff were amazingly helpful. The restaurant was great - my daughter said the best burger ever!
