This is the first time I give a 10 to a place/stay. I think the score is enhanced by the wonderful attention of the hosts. Sigourney and her parents were beyond attentiveness, we felt like home. The place is all you need for a relax stay in Rarotonga close to the beach, nice restaurants (I recommend the vietnamese on the main road close to the supermarket), there are spas around and resorts where you can go for free. Plus the good facilities of the room.

Everything you need is there, a shop just down the road, swimming beaches a close drive away. The owners are lovely, I would definitely stay at Tropical Sands again :)
