We were looking for a nice escape in the countryside and this cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Anne and her husband are really nice people as well! They have Donkeys, chickens and a nice dog! That was a plus to have animals around. The location is perfect for people looking for a 'nature' trip. We don't drive but we walked everywhere and that was really pleasant! Sligo is not sor far and I recommend the walk to Maeve's grave!

We were able to wash and hang out our laundry, cook ourselves some meals. The walk down back on the property and beyond was breathtaking, especially at sunset. All the roses were beautiful! The cows were my niece’s favourite part of the property! I can not say enough good things about John or his property. Thank you for everything! I would definitely recommend this spot to everyone!
