We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. It is a brand new hotel, less than 2 months old so the facilities are in great condition. The most impressive feature was the hospitality of the entire staff, from reception to restaurant and also the cleaning staff. Especially Mr Raman (the head chef) and Diwakar in the restaurant were very helpful. Mr Mukesh Choudhary, one of the owners as well talked to us and was very hospitable. We stayed for total of 4 nights and will happily return again.

Remembered reaching at Hotel Keshav Residency on 9th May 2024 early morning and Mr. Ravinder was there to assist. He has been helpful and kind during my stay. During my stay, i got the opportunity to meet the owner of the hotel. He is someone so humble and down to earth. He welcomed me in his office and had the opportunity to chit chats. The staffs there are well mannered and respectful. Last but not the least, Mr. Shukla whom i have considered as a brother to me, he has been very helpful to me and respectful. He is someone who definitely deserves to be in the hospitality industry. Every day at evenings especially, we had the chance to exchange our different ideologies and he has enhanced my knowledge about India. During my check out time, he bid adieu by serving me Ras Malai which was very tasty made by the Main Chef there only.(Apologies, don't know his name) Lastly, Bhargav, the Night Manager! He is someone devoted to his work and i wish him all the best for him future endeavors. Special regards to Kajal , Suman Ji, Prem Ji and big shoutout to the housekeeping staff and Chef.
