Lovely hotel in the centre of Abano. Everything was as it should be for a 3 star hotel and in some areas beyond that. The cleanliness of the rooms, pool and dining facilities was impressive. The staff were friendly and the food was enjoyable Overall, a great stay! !

I will definitely stay at this hotel next time. Everything was great. I want to thank all the staff for their attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism. Thanks to Daniela, Lukas and Michele- their hands saved me from back pain. The hotel's swimming pools are equipped with 10 types of water massage, there is a sauna, a room where you can breathe Gemolai salt, a gym, and a relaxation room. The food in the hotel restaurant was always fresh, very tasty and beautiful. The hotel is located near a bus stop, so it was very convenient to go to Padua. The center of Abano, the market (on Wednesdays), the mask museum, Villa Bazzi are within walking distance. This is a great place for rest and recovery. A taxi from the M.Polo airport to the hotel cost 150 euros, but later I found out that you could get to the hotel by a direct bus, tickets for which could be purchased at the airport. Buses are comfortable, convenient and much cheaper. A bus ticket to Padua costs 2.70 euros, and to the station in Montegrotto 1.70 euros. The hotel reception will always tell you where you can buy a ticket for the bus.

Hotel Eliseo in Montegrotto Terme features a modern wellness centre with therapeutic thermal pools. All rooms boast a private balcony with views of the large garden, and parking is free. I loved the thermal pools and the availability of spa treatments. My two massages were just what I needed after days of travelling. The ambience of the hotel is very relaxed, there was no need to leave it although I went for little walks.
