Some units at the property have a balcony with a city view. Our stay at Hotel il Girasole was fantastic. We are a family of 3 and loved every minute of it. Located in Villasimius in a very quiet neighborhood with ample parking if you travel with your rented car. Every evening we used to walk to the center for dinner, the walk is only 10mins or less. Villasimius is a nice quite town but lively and center has a few options for dinner without long drives after a day at the beach. The main beaches in the area are within 15 to 30mins drive away. Antonio managing the hotel is extremely helpful with information where to have dinner, help with deciding which beach is the best due to wind etc and any other help one might need. Hotel is spotless, extremely clean and staff very attentive to all the details. Breakfast was also very good and staff provide very good ham, cheese, eggs etc if one prefers those to pastries.

There is a seasonal outdoor pool and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Lovely location overlooking the surrounding hills, olive groves and villages, overall a very nice setting. Room was more like an apartment, very spacious and it smelled nice and fresh. Interior very tasteful with high ceiling and I felt very comfortable straight away. Bed is comfy and as its very tranquil, I had good sleep. The pool is nice for refreshing and a little swim. Breakfast is really good, with a nice choice and lots of cake and the common area very nice to enjoy the breakfast till midday. Close by Tresnughages is a lovely village and the beach close by very nice for a swim or spending the day if you fancy it. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the surroundings. My family was looking for a quiet place, where we can sleep and relax. I liked the hosts, they were kind and friendly. Daily cleaning and making the bed was spotless. I definitely shall mention the cats. All of them are cute and fond of guests, well-behaved (not entering the rooms, etc)

The bed linen was so nice and soft, and the firmness of the pillow and mattress was just what I like. Very clean and spacious. Smooth check in. Simone was waiting for me and was really helpful and had great tips about places to go. His suggestion for Libarium caffe for sunset was spot on!

The Aqua Sardinia hotel was a great hotel, room was cozy and cute. The owners Lorenzo and Daniela were amazing people, very friendly and helpful even if they didn’t know too much English, they helped us a lot. The location of the hotel was great for the beaches we were planning to visit during our stay. I even forgot my crossbody bag in our room when checking out and they texted me right away when cleaning our room to let me know. Thankfully we were not leaving Sardinia right away and could drive back to pick it up. Thank you for your hospitality, would definitely stay again if we were to come back again.
