The staff was very kind & accommodating. We had booked one large room for our family of five & as it was undergoing renovation, they gave us two rooms for the same price, one of them very large with four twin beds & the other with one large bed adjacent. They arranged our pickups from the border & to the airport (for extra of course) & packed us a small breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast was served. Thank you Safa & Rami for everything. The Mosaic City Hotel is a small and friendly hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance of the Church of St George and the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the rooms are spacious, very clean and an overall excellent. It is next to the touristic spots in Madaba and has a restaurant as well as being near all other food options.

We were surprised by the attitude of all the staff and especially from Jamal :). We got special treatment from all of them. The room was nice and clean. The location and brekfast also was good.

Το νέο και σύγχρονο Rumman Hotel είναι μια άνετη, οικογενειακή επιχείρηση. We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable for me and my two sons. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, providing us with all the information we needed. We made another reservation for our staying one nigh before flight back to home.
