They shuttled us from the station and back to it, and we were even sent off by the staff at the end of our stay. So friendly and welcoming. Also, our deluxe suite had the private open air bath, and I can't recommend that enough. It was so relaxing and incredible. Lastly, I personally loved the toiletries and additional things that came with the room (shampoo, straightener, beverages, yukata, pajamas, etc.)

We managed to ride to the Hikone Castle before we checked out at 10am. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared.

There is a good fitness center on 3rd floor, a bit expensive but worth it. This is an outstanding value, looking forward to being in Moriyama and staying again.

This made things easy for travelling to and from Osaka and was convenient to use as a direction for taxi drivers. I loved the view from my room of the trains passing by. Not overly noisy. There was a great little yakitori restaurant just over the road. Cheap and delicious.
