Service from the staff was great. I had both dinner kaiseki and breakfast in the main building (only a short 1-2 min walk from my ryokan with private onsen) and it was delicious!

There is a 24-hour front desk, room service, luggage storage space and shops at the property. We had great communication with the property and reaching the location and check-in was smooth. We utilized the public baths and also stayed in a room with a private bath-- both were wonderful. The food was top notch-- my recommendation is to come to dinner very very hungry. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. For four of us the price seemed steep but when you break it down per person it is very reasonable for the meals and services you receive.
