Situated in the historical city of Buyeo, Lotte Buyeo Resort houses more than 300 guest rooms, a shopping mall, 5 banquet halls and a restaurant. We arrived early but the staff let us check in early, it helped immensely to relax and started to look around Buyeo. Also the staff at the swimming pool/sauna was very kind and polite!

I made a mistake and missed breakfast! I found the room very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was wonderful with a giant bath, nice fluffy towels, and extra clean! The bed was really comfortable. The staff was helpful.

The location was good, with shops, supermarkets, convenient stores, parks and bus-stops around within the walking distance. The room was on a high floor, so it was quiet for good rest. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I've stayed in a lot of boutique hotels all over Korea, and this is one of the best. It's very clean, and the room is a decent size with an enormous smart TV on the wall. Because it was the same brand as mine back home, I was able to use my own accounts on the streaming apps. I stayed two nights and normally don't ask for cleaning after the first night, but they called me to confirm, which I appreciated. Plus, the lobby always has bottled water stocked so guests can just take it when they need to. The hotel is located in the center of Seosan, so it's quite easy to get everywhere on foot including the bus terminal. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Seosan.

The receptionists were very nice. Near to tourist attractions by car. It's in downtown area so shops are everywhere.

The overall experience during my recent stay at the Resort left a lasting impression on me. The bonus of having breakfast included made our mornings stress-free. While the room size was spacious and comfortable, I noticed there were no TVs in the individual rooms, but only in the small living area. Additionally, our first room had no A/C unit or a closet. The towels provided were also more miniature and more similar to face towels. However, having a kitchen in our room made up for these minor inconveniences, allowing us to prepare meals during our two-night stay.

Also, the service was quite fine (every day room cleaning, refilling the bar, using the gym, nice and polite staff).
