We loved the property and the staff. The location is absolutely stunning and we had the most amazing 5 nights here. Krisha is an absolute legend and super friendly and helpful along with the other staff members. The food is also delicious. We didn’t want to leave!

WAUW is the only word that will come up when you enter this chalet with a view and receive the 5 star hospitality of the owner. Just don't be like me and search too long for a place in Ella, book this gem!

The property is beautiful and has incredible views of the surrounding tea plantations. The room was large and clean. The staff were exceptional and incredibly helpful with all requests.

Friendly and helpful hosts, delicious breakfast and location is near the Nine arches bridge and near the Little Adam's peak trail.

The rooms were tidy and clean. The view both from the rooms and from the rooftop was beyond expectation. Location is 10/10 super close to the train station/city center. Last but not least our host and the entire staff were amazingly kind and helpful people!!

Wonderful stay in Shangri-la La. Could easily spend several days just enjoying the view from the balcony. All your needs taken care of. Enjoyed meeting Mr. Blom, a local guide.

Amazing breakfast provided, lovely clean and comfortable rooms, we were welcomed with tea and cake and the host kindly helped us organise any Tuktuks/taxis needed. Beautiful views
