Hotel Corazon was a great place to stay, the staff are lovely, very helpful and attentive. The breakfasts were a real treat each day. We also enjoyed the outdoor areas, and the honesty bar. It was easy to interact with other guests, which we appreciated. While it is a little away from the centro area, its an easy walk everywhere. We felt safe always, especially as the police station is only a few steps away. Our room was very comfy, and we enjoyed the aircon particularly.

I loved meeting the other guests at breakfast and everyone was so warm and friendly. I think it is ideal for a small, intimate, caring, attentive stay and it is in a great location! I love the terrace and having breakfast together with other guests. I am vegan and I used a small refrigerator for my food and everyone was so helpful in helping me re-heat leftovers etc. I felt so cared for and I really appreciate each person who I met!

Some rooms also feature kitchenettes with a stove, kitchenware and a refrigerator. very nice staff, comfortable rooms and beautiful garden. It is a place for longer stay for some elder people but they are very nice and friendly. Even if it is not reported you have breakfast offered and the nice common kitchen is useful if you stay longer.

The modern-style rooms feature wooden furniture, free WiFi and a fan. The bathroom is private and has shower. We were in room 8 which was on the upper level and had an uninterrupted view of the beach. Nothing better than going downstairs and taking a couple of steps and you’re on the sand. The place had a relaxed vibe and it was only a 15-minute stroll up and over the hill into Mazut. Rooms were basic with large bathroom but if you enjoy sitting on your deck watching the ocean and then going to bed to the sound of the surf you should stay here. We didn’t want to leave

The guest rooms have colourful pillows and blankets, and are individually decorated with traditional Mexican pieces. The perfect place to rest and relax after a day walking the streets of Oaxaca. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is DELICIOUS, location perfect, rooms clean and beds really comfy. (The sheets smell amazing too!). The roof terrace is also a great place to chill, with beautiful views of the mountains. The owners clearly also care about the environment and are conscious about doing what they can to save water, including placing buckets in the shower to catch water, which is then used to water plants etc. I really loved this place and would definitely come again!
