Breakfast was nice, though they charge extra if you want cappuccio. The room was really spacious and had everything you need. I did see some other rooms which were really small so choose the room carefully. Location was perfect!

San Augustinillo beach is top tier and the ability to be right on it is a unique offering. Really liked my room. Given that you are right on the beach the waves are loud (which I found soothing), but other than that did not have issues with noise while sleeping.

The property is about a 10 or so minute walk into the main centre, it’s hilly & half on a dirt road. The pool, room and staff were lovely here. Nice place to relax while staying in Mazunte. I’d recommend & come back.
