Loved the hotel. We were only there for a night but wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful clean rooms.

Mercure Hotel Windhoek offers accommodation in Windhoek. The hotel has an outdoor pool, children's playground and terrace. Guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The pool at the mercure was really nice and maintained well. All the staff were really friendly and the pizza from the pizza oven at the restaurant at Safari court were really nice, reasonably priced. The food was also delicious that we had poolside too. Rooms were comfy and a large size. Love there was full length mirrors. We returned here after our safari as we enjoyed it. The staff, Ronaldo and the lady whose daughter is called blessing, sorry can’t remember her name, both staff were lovely and a real credit to the restaurant. Ronaldo had an incredible memory.

This is a beautiful property outside of Windhoek and a great place to stay if being in the city doesn’t capture your interest. The staff, especially in the restaurant, are wonderful, and the chalets are really beautiful, with comfortable beds, lots of pillows, a spacious shower, and a cool vibe. There are two hikes you can do affording you the chance to see some animals if you are lucky - I saw some giraffe and a herd of wildebeest. Animals can be found on the property too, particularly at night.
