Awesome location, walk to eat street and the lake. Quiet area. Stayed in the B n B, small room own bathroom. Very clean. Breakfast included. Free onsite parking. AC was being fitted to all rooms during our stay, this will assist greatly as it was a tad warm in Feb. would not fault at all!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful location but 8 min away from the main activities (Skyline, Zorb, mini-golf…). Plus the lakefront is a real plus. Activities on site for kids (swing, trampoline…)

The staff here are exceptionally lovely. Good little motel for our stop in Rotorua, bed was comfortable and was overall very clean. Small car park on site but we didn’t have an issue getting a space.
