The room was clean and had a courtyard which was really, really nice. The noise isolation in the room was excelent. I did not hear any noise during the night. We used the pool and it was very nice as well.

We had an issue in our room, and immediately it was resolved. The staff, Desiree, was very kind and accommodating to our requests and needs. The location is superb. Near public transportation bus stop, and a lot of places in the old city, garden, and marina of Madeira is walkable. Supermarket and restaurants are very near. And if you’re renting a car, there is free parking at the basement of the hotel. Early reservation with Miguel should be done.
