The locations directly at the Mekong River with a small balcony overlooking it, is the highlight and we enjoyed the Walking Street in front of the hotel in the evening as well! Very friendly staff, onside restaurant with reiver view as well and parking. The owner even offered to park my motorbike inside when it started raining!

no real breakfast, just coffee, toast and bananas! Room small but adequate. Mattress very hard. Very quiet facility except for Songcram festival music. Lovely hosts. Exceptionally clean room. Decent shower. Could use some reading lights.

People: Professional staff with excellent English, and great advice about tourist attractions in the area.
Location: Truth be told, I wasn't expecting such a quiet place by the side of a busy road. However, our room in the back was peaceful and we slept like a baby.
Hotel: dinner options nearby, a clean, large room, a comfortable bed, and a hot shower. We loved it.

Good hotel and central enough. The rooms are stated as having a river view but that is only if you go outside your room door, the balcony has a view of rubbish bins. The rooms a clean and staff are good. The breakfast is not to my or my Thai wife's tastes.
