The hotel is located at a prime location near the main downtown market. It is at a walkable distance from Goreme Bus Station. We got an early check-in. The hotel had a clear view from its terrace of the skyline to watch the beautiful view of 100s of Hot Air Balloons. The room was a proper cave room and it was extremely cozy. Breakfast options for vegetarians were quite limited but manageable. The hot chocolate was amazing. The best part was that they also have a tours and travel agency. So all our bookings were made through them at the best price possible which includes the hot air balloon ride, red tour, green tour, ATV ride. We did all bookings after reaching the hotel. The staff was helpful. Overall a great experience. We would highly recommend this place.

It's a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are comfortable, and the view is truly spectacular. You can watch hot air balloons taking off and landing from the rooftop, and it's also a great starting point for hiking trips! Highly recommended!

The room was beautiful--I had a large one on the ground floor. Bedding and linens were very nice. BREAKFAST EXCEPTIONAL and abundant Saffet even brought it to my room one day when I was short on time. Very clean. Wifi was excellent--no problems ever. Blooming rose bushes outside my door and three lovely young cats to amuse! Large sunroom at the top where breakfast was served. Very quiet. And although this location is in Avenos, the tour company's pick you up at your hotel. It's about a 10 minute walk into the village.
