Polite and friendly customer service by the receptionists. The daily breakfast was different each day. Easy to use coin washing machine.

location : 6 mins. walk straight from JR MINAMI-KUSATSU station west exit with escalators great reception with baggage storage before/after check-in/out well equipped, perfect cleaning, good air conditioning, and the japanese breakfast is just as what i need (vegetables and miso soup in the morning

The room has everything needed, including a big and very comfortable bed, a tv with satellite channels, an air conditioner with a heating option, a fridge, a hair dryer, slippers, cattle, a bathroom with hot water and a hand/wall shower and much more. Breakfast was included with several options and a coffee/tea. Compared to other Kyoto hotels, I couldn't find at that time another place that offered a better price for what was offered

I really loved this property. It’s really easy to access. Really great location as a short walk to the centre. Clean, good amenities offered. Breakfast in the mornings. Really helpful when I asked for an extra pillow etc.
