It is near Sendai JR station (700m.) and near shopping areas, near many restaurants.Room ,Bed, bathroom is clean and large then another. Breakfast have many items and you can take out ,if you haven't time to eat there. Staffs are kindly.

Close to everything.
Room was normal size for business hotel.
Breakfast buffet was good too.
Interesting thing was the room door opened outwards! What a good idea!
Easy to access the room with someone collapsed near the door and evacuate in an emergency.
Extra room inside because space is not needed for the door swinging.
