Just perfect - definitely the best property I have ever stayed at . Immaculately clean and beautifully appointed . It felt luxurious and welcoming . Elizabeth had gone the extra mile to make our 2 night stay really special . Wish we could have stayed longer .

Tiny life definitely wasn't too tiny for us! Really beautifully decorated place. We loved all the windows and natural light, especially the one above the bed. Bathroom was good for the size - the thought of a compost toilet scared us but it was completely fine! Very short drive into Bellingen's main street. Owner had great communication with us as well.

The view was amazing, the house was exceptionally clean, the kitchen accessories were immaculate and had everything needed. The fire was a bonus as it was cold. Would have booked for longer if we were staying in the area.

I never recommended a place to stay as much as I recommend this book one, a true wonderful experience and very well located to explore the beach at Sawtell and the Nacional Park of Dorrigo

I've booked this place for 3 nights, and everything from start to finish has been exemptional! Everything was well taken care for and the house was very well equipped with anything you might need! Everything. We had the home, it was spacious, well appointed, beautifully decorated and the view, spectacular. The gardens are maintained so well, I loved strolling through each morning. The animals were an absolute hits with both kids and adults. The baby ducklings stole the show. Ann was an incredible host, given up so much of her time to ensure we were getting the most out of our time there. Even, personally walking us to the hidden lagoon path at the end of the street. We can’t wait to come back.
