Amazing apartment at the top floor of a large house which is turned into 2 apartments. The bottom apartment probably doesn't have the amazing views that this apt A has, so I was happy that we picked apt A. You can see the waves in the sea directly from the living room and huge balcony (with BBQ). The apartment inside is very spacious and with all the comfort & facilities in there we found it hard to leave the place. We cooked nice meals, drank some wine with views over the sea, had movie nights on the biggest TV I've used in my life (connect your own Netflix account and buy some popcorn). The kitchen is really well equipped and the hosts already provide so much that you barely have to go to the supermarket: there was coffee cups for the coffee machine, there was milk in the fridge, salt & pepper present, a great oven, even an air fryer! The beds have a huge (thick & wide) mattress, so our sleep was amazing. All in all we loved it.

Set in Yeppoon, 33 km from Central Queensland University and 40 km from The Pilbeam Theatre, Pandanus Villa - #3 offers air conditioning.

This place is awesome 😎 recommend for anyone clean and tidy and honest to god family friendly my kids went to beach 🏖️ fishing 🎣 and bought home enough to cook for tea ☺️ they bent over backwards for me can't recommend them enough ❤️. My boy boards at Yeppoon and will be visiting regularly if vacant for certain. Everything promised and much much more worth every cent 🙂.

There is so much to like about the accommodation. Views, spotlessly clean superb facilities they have thought of everything you would need. Lots of extras that as a traveller you may have forgotten but are there for you in case. The extras also included items for the beach or being out ie picnic equipment. None of the “you can’t use this etc” The workspace was also a bonus. I would have to say they have thought of everything you need.

Situated within the Taranganba district in Yeppoon, RELAX @48 CLOSE TO BEACH sleeps 7 has air conditioning, a patio, and garden views.

Great location, private, well equipped and clean, we enjoyed a week here with our large family, all rooms were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, large fridge, plenty of space, loved the verandah and views. Air-cons in the bedrooms were great.
