Very nice place, clean, quiet and close to the beach. Good strategic spot for exploring west side of island. I would definitely go back there.

CasaMrichica1 is located in Ribeira Grande. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the holiday home free of charge.

We were met by Lieve at the Ferry Terminal, she arranged a rental car and guided us to the villa (10 minutes from the Ferry Terminal). Lieve and Geert went out of there way to make our stay as comfortable as possibe. The Villa has been built by them with an eye for detail. The villa is very spacious, 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a toilet/bath room, in two of these rooms next to the double beds bunkbeds for two kids. In living room an additional seperate toilet on top. Also a spacious kitchen with everything you need. The swimming pool is covered every evening so it stays warm (28 Celsius). Very important in winter months, we were at some other places where swimming was only for the brave (24 C) or even unbarable (20 C).

Situated in Ribeira Grande in the Santo Antao region, Pousada Dragoeiro Monte Joana Santo Antão has a garden. Guests can benefit from a balcony and a sun terrace.

If you like adventure, if you like to escape "modern civilisation" please come to this place. It's situated in the middle of a wonderfull blessed place. People are friendly and kind. You can walk along plenty of wonderfull paths around the area. Blessed place!!
