We loved our stay here, full apartment, great shower kitchen and the courtyard of villa diletta is a little slither of peace. Our host Mohammed was the best part he was very kind, interesting and informative. We had some great conversations and he shared his knoedge of the area. He helped us organise some activities but was never pushy.

Beautiful place, clean pool and near a lot of good cheap shops and close to ferry and cafes and restaurants. The owner and his son Ibraham were amazing and helpful. They did shopping for me and brought breakfast and made it an amazing time

Villa Kayan is new, clean and comfortable. The location is great, on a quiet side street next to a banana plantation, but it's only a 2 minute walk to the Nile riverside where you can find shops, cafes and restaurants. It has everything you need to feel at home, from kitchen utensils to a washing machine. The owner, Islam, is a great guy. He's kind, helpful and speaks decent english. I will be coming back next time I'm in Luxor.

Everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, even more stunning than in the pictures. It is a true oasis, one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. Gaber and Mohamed are excellent people, very helpful and respectful. We asked for privacy and they adapted perfectly. In addition, Gaber organized all the tours for us during our stay, completely personalized and accommodating new requests or unexpected changes. One of the best experiences we have ever had. To top it all off, Omar is a great host; he's very kind and hospitable, and will make you feel right at home. What's more, he'll always have good advice to share with you on how to organise your visits and the dos and don'ts. So if you have the slightest question, just ask him, he'll be your man.

Ive been to egypt 3 times now - and this stay definetly blew all the others out of the water in terms of hospitality, quality(both food and the villa) and location(short drive from the main attractions, city center and airport without the usual egyptian noise) Mohammed, the host - super nice and comfortable host. Arranged activites, transport and sightseeing without any hassle. Best part however, was the hotel employees, the guides and the drivers he set us up with. Absolutely a joy to stay and if we ever come back - this is definetly the place we're staying at. Also dont bother going out to eat - the in house chef is fantastic!
