The apartment was very clean, and the photos match reality. It is spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony, and when you step outside you are right on the beach. Inside, there is everything you need if you want to cook by yourself. The area around the house is well kept with sunbeds always available. Nearby you can find a small shop with all the basics, as well as places to rent a car or book a tour. There are also a few nice local restaurants. The music from the cafe close by did not disturb us at all and overall the place feels quiet and comfortable for a family stay. Our flight was in the evening, and the host kindly allowed us to check out later without extra charge. One note, not about the apartment, but the beach, the entrance to the sea is rocky almost everywhere, so it’s better to use special swimming shoes. There are a couple easier spots to get in, but they are usually crowded and quite narrow. If you are with kids or someone who cannot swim, the entrance to the sea is not very comfortable.

As soon as we walked through the door we all said WOW! This place is so stylish and comfortable and the location was perfect for us. We wanted somewhere that we didn’t need to rely upon a car and there are enough facilities around to accommodate that. I’m not sure why there is a review about noise because the ambient music from next door caused us no problems. Nikos and Alexandra were both available for any questions and were always happy to help. We don’t usually return to a particular location because we like to try and visit new places but we would definitely like to come back here. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

This is a great home to rent. It has a super practical arrangement, the living room, the spacious dining area, and the kitchen with a separate toilet are all on the upper floor with 3! great balconies while the 3 spacious bedrooms and the full bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine are below. So when we played a board game on the upper floor, we didn't disturb the ones taking some rest. The kitchen is very well-equipped, has all you might need with a massive fridge (which we really envied) and all the areas and rooms have their own air conditioning, which makes it all adjustable for each need. The host is super communicative and helpful and fantastic, he even surprised us with some welcome gifts and has been there for us for any questions we had through whatsapp, so he was super respectful to our privacy. We even met his family who arrived for a summer vacation at the apartment on the lowest floor of the building (completely separated from out 2-storey apartment) and they were so kind, we immediately felt like old-time friends. The building itself is on a hill, you can walk down and up to the local small beach, which is really cute, not overcrowded like others, has sunbeds and umbrellas for a very reasonable price (you pay 3eur per sunbed, so 6 for 2 beds and umbrella or 9 eur for 3 beds and umbrella, etc). The beach has pebbles, with crystal clear water and probably the nearby 2 small rock islands (swimming distance) are the best snorkeling spots we have seen (and believe me we snorkeled almost everywhere :-)). It is great fun and easy to reach and explore. The walk down and up is super steep, quite an exercise, but doable. We also took the car and managed to find a parking place each time, so that' the other option (3 min drive from the apartment).

We booked two villas for one week holiday with my family. The villas are perfect; very clean with high end quality. The location and the views are amazing. It was very peaceful there, but yet easy access to beautiful beaches and Iraklion by car. There are many good restaurants at the beach area. Our host Stella was very helpful and it was so nice to get to know her. We can warmly recommend the villas and are sure we are also coming back there.

The terrace with the private pool is a perfect reason to choose this place.The terrace is big and the view amazing! Everything in the villa is designed with intention to promote relaxing time for the guests. We felt so welcome , Stella and staff were helpful and friendly!Bath was like a spa with luxury brand amenities! This is without doubt one of our favourite places we have ever visited and can’t wait to book to go again!

This place is heaven on earth!! The villa is picturesque, stunning from every angle. Splendid location and view, very nice and natural design. We really loved our terrace ,we will always remember this tireless.. view!! Perfect if you want to relax. Wonderful design and faultlessly executed. The rooms are so comfy ,clean and luxurious. This is without a shadow of a doubt our favorite place we have ever visited and we can’t wait to book to go again. Stella was very helpful ,kind, so friendly and always on hand to assist. Thanks for all !!!
