The property is very new and has modern furniture. It is built around some farms a little bit outside the city. It is very quiet and easy to get to. Everything that we needed was available in the house. The owners were very nice and gave us some drinks and fresh fruit. Would definitely go again.

Villa had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Modern well equipped and very clean. The view was exceptional, mountains in the distance. Centre of Pitsidia was just a 5 minute walk, where there a some restaurants, butcher, baker and small supermarket.

The house was very cozy, and the owners are the most welcome family!! They presented us with a bunch of essential food in the fridge that really helped us, and even invited us for a family dinner in their house full of tradicional greek food! Thank you very much Kosta Family! We wish you the best!

    Beautiful view from the large balcony. Literally steps to the beach. Matala is a beautiful small village, you can't avoid some noise from the bars if you want the beach location. We loved the place and will certainly be back. Great host, spoilt us with a couple of homemade dinners

    The location is great: a few minutes walk from the beach yet in a quiet side location. Breakfast is decent: the place combines the comfort of private residence with a decent hotel facilities for breakfast, check in and check out which don't exist in many villas and are available in their near by hotel.

    The property is very stylish with great decoration and a luxury feel. We all loved the infinity style pool and different seating arrangements outside. It was great to have a shower and toilet downstairs also. The air-conditioning worked very well. The variety of breakfast was great. The location is about a 7min walk to village which is perfect.
