This villa is stunning, everything you could wish for. The host and agent were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location just 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants in Skala. Gorgeous pool and everything is brand new. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat

We had a great time at House Kochyli! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you may need. The hosts are the most lovely Greek people. The town of Poros is only a ten minute drive away. There we enjoyed spending time at the local beach and our sons especially appreciated the possibility to jump into the water from a diving board. Thank you very much Regina and Kostas for having us!!

The stay at Vageli's house in Mavrata was just excellent and the wellcome basket with local products provided a warm welcome to the island . The village is quiet and there is a local tavern 10m on foot with great food. We enjoyed the spacious place and the surrounding as a family. Everything that would be necessary was available and we even more, great value for money. Even parking space was available inside the property. Additionally we took advantage of the furnishings provided in the garden. It felt very much like home when we stayed in Kefalonia. This was also accompanied by the great and friendly owner, who was always contactable, reached very quickly and provided great recommentations and excellent communication ahead of our arrival. We would always recommend staying at Vageli's place and would always come back - hopefully soon!

    Great villa with lovely private pool. Very good hosts who responded very quickly to any questions and requests. Pool cleaned daily. 10 minute walk to town centre/beach - with good taverna and shops. We liked Kaminia beach - short drive away and lovely two restaurants for lunch.

    Oh what to say about this DIVINE villa! Mostly that it felt like a luxurious home away from home, comfortable, stylish, well appointed. We lacked for nothing and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Alberi. Stavros was exceptional - so helpful in arranging car hire, transfers, recommendations for restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa. I recommend hiring a car, although Skala is within walking distance, it’s so much easier with a car.

    The property is in a lovely spot overlooking the sea. The pool area is beautiful and the small beach right next to the Villas. It’s in a good location for eating out - but not in the main part of Skala. Possibly taxi required if wanting to eat in Skala - or a 30 minute walk.

    The property is located just off the main Skala to Poros road about 1.5 miles from Skala. Excellent parking. Car recommended but very good taxi service available, about 7 euros one way into Skala town, a seaside town with fantastic restaurants and varied and popular bars. The long beach alongside which the coastal road runs is superb. It is evident that the owners take great care of the three villas that make up this complex. Each has its own pool in a relatively private and secluded lawned area.
