Everything. It is quite new, very well appointed, comfortable, clean and beautifully positioned by the beach with a lovely view of Turkey. The WiFi was excellent. We are an older couple and very much appreciated the quietness as it is on the lesser developed west coast. The owner was very communicative and nothing was too much trouble. She was lovely. The restaurant called Elena, a short walk away (2 minutes) offered excellent food and you can walk into Soroni which has a very good supermarket. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely villa to anybody.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Maria Tsambika. The beautiful garden with its fountain and herbs, together with the large terrace offering a fantastic view of both the mountains and the sea, created a truly magical atmosphere. The jacuzzi and the well-equipped house made everything very comfortable. What impressed me the most were the hosts — incredibly caring people who looked after every detail and welcomed me with delicious local dishes. Their hospitality went far beyond my expectations. Honestly, my stay here exceeded everything I imagined — it was even more beautiful than in the photos from the listing. Highly recommended! 🌿🌊✨

Great place to stay during your Rhodes visit.Everything was perfect, Avli village house was clean and exactly like the photos.Jacuzzi was amazing!!!We also enjoyed a lot a wonderful ride into the village on bikes but what i loved most was having my breakfast in the beautiful yard listening to the sounds of nature!!! Tsampikos is a fantastic host is always ready to help and share things to see and places to visit! Thank you for everything❣️

First of all, thank to Konstantinos – a very positive and welcoming host. He met us at the airport and took us to the house, and he was available at any time if we had questions. The house is located in a wonderful spot, right by the beach. Just a few meters away, there was a great taverna serving local food, and shops were within walking distance, even if you don’t have a car. The house is fully equipped (the host has thought of every little detail). If you plan to cook, there’s a fully equipped kitchen available. It was also great to have a washing machine with all the necessary detergents, as well as an ironing board and iron. Each room had air conditioning, which was a real lifesaver during the hot season to cool down and relax. At check-out, we were supposed to leave the key on the table or in the key box by the gate. However, in a rush, the kids closed the door with the key still inside. When we realized what had happened, the host responded in a very understanding and kind way, saying that these things happen.I still feel bad about this incident, which caused the host some extra costs.

Right next to Rhodos airport, so we could relaxingly catch flight. Very clean and good quality place. Nespresso coffee machine with milk. Bananas for kids and cold water - very nice touch. Thank you.

An amazing place to stay, the two bed building was excellent, had all you needed and was big, with great outside space. The pool was brilliant. Nicolinda and her family were the best hosts ever, bringing us fruit and vegetables from their garden and nothing was too much for them.bif we were coming back to Rhodes we would stay here again

Fedra's house is beautiful and has a magical Greek vibe. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very well equipped and had a lovely terrace. Maria was friendly and helpful. She waited for us in the late evening and gave us the keys. She also gave us the grill equipment and a parasol and helped us fix a cuddly toy.

    Lovely small house in a little village. Slightly hidden in the streets. Savvas was really gentle and helpful! We felt very comfortable there, also a friendly old neighbour lady living next door and super sweet cats living around ,we enjoyed their daily visits. There is a small bakery down the road and also a great taverna for dinner. The street is small, but shouldn't be a problem, also big parking space next to the house. absolutely to recommend !

    Everything from the peaceful location, to a beautiful house, large pool and cozy furniture were perfect and far surpassed other locations. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. At arrival I found plenty of supplies, which the owner so kindly prepared. A few cats in the area added some fun to the whole duration of the stay. For anyone who prefers a luxurious stay away from touristy noises, this accomodation will serve you the best.

    Authentic atmosphere. Warm welcoming. Comfortable. Quite. 2 Conditioners. Great kitchen! 15 mins to the airport by car or bus (#57, #59<<to Rhodes). 900 m to the beach with 'Elena' fish restaurant. 100 m to the main road with shops. 'Bazaar' supermarket. Beautiful church on top of the village with great view.

    The welcome was fantastic…everything we needed and more, water, milk, bread, jams, fruit and a welcome gift. Great villa, great pool with inflatables. Great setting and wonderful communication with the host.

    the area around was quiet, the villa is far from tourist spots, which was exactly what we wanted. The villa is comfortable and has everything you need to have a good vacation. We enjoyed the pool most!
